Is there a tool that can dump AddBook and messages from a PST file ?

Does a tool exist that can take a PST file and dump as much info as
possible into accessable info ? The address book in plain ascii would
be a start. Messages would be nice.

I don't have a copy of outlook.

Well, you need one because that's the only way to get anything useful out of
a .pst file.
