Is there a template for standard DVD covers?

Is there a template for standard DVD covers? Everywhere I look online or in
programs I currently have, it only offers the size that goes in the CD jewel
case. I need a template for the large plastic case like you get when you
purchase DVD's. Thanks!
 
The problem with the templates offered at the Microsoft Template Gallery
seems to be that they are all designed for standard Avery products, and I
gather that Avery does not have a product for DVD case inserts. So you'll
have to design your own, using a ruler. If you see a CD case design you
like, you could use it as a starting point (for graphics, fonts, etc.).
