is there a template for rental property management?

Hello

Does anyone know if there is a template or small database available that
tracks rental property management? You know, lists tenants and their rental
payments, tracks expenses etc?

Property management software is not easy to develop. I'm sure there are
Access solutions but if you want something free it's going to be hard to
find.

Usually I might suggest looking at the databases "templates" supplied with
Access but for something like this I'd say start from scratch.
Actually I'd say buy MYOB accounting and build the management part in
Access.
