Is there a shortcut to paste a piece of regularly used text?

Hi

My email address is quite long, and I'm becoming increasingly bored
with typing it out on a regular basis. Is there a shortcut I can use in
windows so that I just need to press CTRL+E, for example, and my email
address will be written out automatically?

Thanks

I don't believe that Windows itself has a function to bind macros to
keys, but I use a wonderful little program called HotKeyz. It allows
you to set any windows function, macro, text, or application to a key
shortcut. It takes up almost no memory, and can be configured to start
automatically on startup. It's also free, do a google search for it.

what you want is a keyboard macro utility program. google for it, there
are several free and shareware tools out there, and commercial ones too.
QuicKeys for Windows is the Powerhouse tool, it does EVERYTHING, but costs
a bit too. The free guys will do what you want tho...
