Is there a program called Microsoft Outlook with Access?

There is a program called Outlook and there is a program called Access. They
are both modules that may be found within versions of Microsoft Office.
 
There is Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, both part of Microsoft Office.

There is also Outlook Web Access, which is part of Microsoft Exchange and
allows you to access your Outlook email using your web browser.

Please clarify which you are talking about. Please use the body of your
