Is there a problem with bug reporting at the moment?

I had problems there myself just this week in progress. I posted an issue
2-3 times and it would not be displayed. I found a Contact Us link on the
pages and sent complaints which I suggest you do.

I may be mistaken about the feedback center, but on the basis of my
experience with Microsoft over the past year and a half it seems they are
outsourcing many of the processes that carry their brand. Everytime -- and I
mean everytime -- I have needed to get something done over the last year and
a half and have interacted with Microsoft's contractors they f*ck something
up. These morons Microsoft hires are totally incompetent and contractors may
be operating the feedback site as well.

Its insane and FUBAR when Microsoft's developers and partners get errors
when trying to use a Microsoft application created to report and record
errors.

Yeah, I did that a few days ago, but I've heard nothing (and to be fair, the
"contact us" form told me not to expect to hear anything) and the problem is
still there (from within Visual Studio, MSIE, Firefox and Opera -- so I don't
think it'a a browser issue!)

That takes me to
http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/ProductFeedback/reportbug/search.aspx where I
enter the product (Visual C#) and the keyword ("Unexpected error"), click
"search" -- and I get taken straight back to
http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/ProductFeedback/, where I started! There seems
to be no way past this!

Odd - I get the "Step 2" page, with a bar at the bottom and a button at
the bottom right saying "Next". (That's using FireFox.)
