In outlook 2003 I set up filters to remove keywords such
as penis, viagra, and others (medicines, sex, etc.)
What I am finding is that outlook first checks the
message to determine if it is junk mail, and if it
reaches that decision, transfers the mail to a junk
folder.
But the filter that I set up to permenantly delete the
message did not process the message. My junk email folder
is getting full of items which I truly want discarded.
Note: If I take one of the messages in the junk email box
and forward it to myself, it is not seen as junk the
second time around, and the outlook 2003 filter acts to
purge this undesired email.
Anyone experiencing the same problem and am I doing
something wrong, or is there a work around?
