Is there a group for internet explorer?

I seem to have many issues with internet explorer, is there a discussion group for internet related topics
if not can anyone help with the following issue
I've recently got this my dell(January) since I got it I hve not use it to chat but I was trying to go to yahoo chat rooms and im not allow in since because everytime I try to go to a chat room the chat 2.0 doesnt load
At first I thought it was a problem with yahoo, but I've been trying for several days and the chat 2.0 never loads. Now I think is a problem in my side. What could be wrong?
 
does yahoo chat 2.0 involve any Java? you may see a notice. you may get an
error message mentioning it.
I'm assuming your new computer is an xp, and maybe there's no JVM.

there are about 30 ms internet explorer newsgroups of different flavors and languages....search your newsreader for "explorer" within microsoft.public.xxxxx.

some forum chats are in javascript. you may need to change a setting in your browser to allow scripts to run (or prompt).

2.0 never loads. Now I think is a problem in my side. What could be wrong?

Keep in mind that all visitors to your site will also have to download it, best to avoid using Java
applet and instead use JavaScript.
