Is there a free Access template for tracking meeting attendance?

I am trying to convert a FileMakerPro database into Access. Are you aware of
any free templates available that will help with tracking attendance?

Student Attendance and a Meeting Sign Sheet

I'm looking to stay in Access.

None of the Microsoft templates for attendance and sign-in are in Access.
