Is there a batch mp3 encoder that outputs the file keeping the filename
intact? All of the ones I have tried alter the filename in some way.
Please help. :D

?? Offhand, I can't think of any that *do* alter the file name assuming
you aren't writing to the source directory. No reason for it to do so
otherwise.

many advanced features (like Variable Bitrates and Joint-Stereo), and
it's open source. Unfortunately, it is a command line utility, and
that is where RazorLame comes in: It provides an easy-to-use graphical
user-interface which makes MP3-encoding even easier!
