Is Publishing a web a one-way process only?

I've published a web on my ISP but since have lost all the html files on my
PC (hard drive crapped out). Is there a way to dump the files back on my PC
from the ISP. I know you can save the source from Internet Explorer, but all
the Frontpage styles and misc. stuff is missing.
