Is PhotoStory 3 an Upgrade to !Plus PhotoStory 2?

Is PhotoStory 3 considered an Upgrade to !Plus PhotoStory 2 or the Trial
version of PhotoStory 2?

I received !Plus PhotoStory 2 when I purchased !Plus DME. If I upgrade to
PhotoStory 3, will I loose features found only in the !Plus Photostory (i.e.
Make VCD)?

FYI: I do have other software (I.E. Sonic and Roxio) I could use to burn the
resulting video to VCD (in case that is the only feature I would loose).

PS3 installs to a different folder... and you're left with both PS2 and PS3.
So you're all set.
