Is my memory wrongly configured?

Hi all.
I have a pair of pc800 rdram modules of 250mb each in my comp. With the
tool cpu z I have come to know that they are clocked at 400mhz. Is this
right or wrong since I have had my eyes on memory that are clocked at
800mhz (I am thinking of upgrading)... And they are also pc800. Are my
current modules wrongly configured?
