Is Mobile 5.0 compatible with Office 2003 small business with BMC

Hey look I was trying to set my pda up. I was trying to do a sync process but
I was getting an error message 85010014 and the tech that was speaking with
me told me that it might be a problem with the compatibility between the
Office 2003 Small business with Business Contacts Manager and the Mobile 5.0
on the pda. I need some help. Does somebody knows something about it?
 
BCM v2 was released before Mobile 5.0 and some of the mobile features
used by BCM are not available in Mobile 5.0. I assume BCM v3 will work
with 5.0, but Microsoft can probably answer that question definitively.
