Hello!
you won't get MS Office in either of the 2 CDs you have. You
need a separate one.

Hi

Word, Excel etc. will be on the XP Office Pro CD. Put the XP Office Pro CD into your CD drive and - hopefully - the setup program will start automatically. Then follow the on-screen prompts.

The Disk XP Professional is the basic operating system. It needs to be
installed first. If your computer is already working, and it's working
with XP operating system, then this disk has been installed already. If
not get help.

The second disk is an application called Publisher. See
http://www.microsoft.com/office/publisher/default.asp. I assume you
want to use it. Not not, then igore nit. It may already be installed.
Check the program menus. If it's not, then you can probably install
yourself. Insert the CD and follow instructions. You also ought to
seek some assistance.

Word and Excel are yet more programs you can buy from Microsoft. They
are not part of XP or Publisher. See http://www.microsoft.com/word and
http://www.microsoft.com/excel. They are often packaged in with other
programs in Microsoft Office http://www.microsoft.com/office. If you
need to have these programs, see the person who gave you the CD's for XP
and Publisher and find out hwo to get Word, Excel, or Office.

Oops - misread the OP. You will need to buy MS Office separately.
