is it vista? ie? or me?

i purchased a new system a week ago, came loaded with vista, i am using a dsl
connection with ppoe. now for the problem. i can go anywhere on the net
except to the company i am doing work for. rhinotek.com ... it trys to
load forever, but nay it does not, i need help. why only this site?

Have you reset (powered down) the modem, router etc? That's always a good
step to try.

Then...
Try the Reset button in Internet Options> Advanced. Note that this will
delete stored (autocomplete) passwords. Do you have those recorded
elsewhere? (Many users don't.)

If resetting IE settings helps with this site, you may still have to
re-enable browser add-ons individually to see if the troublesome one can be
found.

Next try repairing the connection from Control Panel> Network and sharing
center> (left side) Manage network connections. Right-click the connection>
Diagnose> Reset the network adaptor.
