Is it prevented?

I,m building a new Internet cafe, i want to use Windows XP "Home edition", is it prevented?, have i to use "profisional edition"?, or i can use home edition

What do you mean prevented? Not allowed? Prevented by whom?
The Law or do you mean will it work?
I am assumming English isn't your first Language.
A few more details might allow someone to answer your questions.

I would use Pro, at least on the main server. (especially if you ever plan
on LAN parties etc.) If you are just sharing an internet connection, Home
should be ok. Depending on how many systems you have, you might check on a
bulk license.

PS to my last reply............... If you are running a server.........
various Linux releases work very well too............
