Is it possible using the moviemaker's 3D effect in directshow(DES) ?

I am directshow devleoper.
Now, I make video editing program with DES(Directshow Editing Service)

I can use MovieMaker's various effect / transiton in DES.
But, I can't use 3D effect / transition in Moviemaker.
It occurs distortion.

Is it possible ?
