Is it possible to upload from Outlook to e-mail server?

By a mistake all messages was removed from my e-mail server when i made a new
profile on one of my PCs. It started to donload before I had told Outlook to
keep a copy on the server. I use POP3.

Is there a way to tell Outlook to upload the messages ( 1589) so they are
avalable from my browser where evere I am???
