Is it possible to recover my contacts, etc from my old harddrive?

I had a hard drive fail. I installed a new hard drive as the "master" and my
old hard drive has repaired and is "secondary". I think I may have messed up
by installing Outlook onto the new harddrive without first trying to do
something about getting my contacts/inbox, etc from the old harddrive. Is it
possible to get this information into my Outlook?
