I was asked by someone in management whether it was possible to prevent
someone I send an email to frmo forwarding that email? Other than marking
the email as sensitive is there any other way to prevent a user from sending
this to someone else other than the use of encrypted keys?

Thanks

It's possible with Outlook 2003 and a server running Information Rights
Management (IRM) software. I'm afraid I don't know much about IRM, but you
should be able to get information at http://office.microsoft.com.

Jeff:

I thought Information Rights Management through MS Office only applied to
Excel, word, and Power Point? It applies to OL2K3 also?

Yes, it can also be applied to messages sent via Outlook.
