Is it possible to get back deleted emails?

A few weeks ago I replied to an email I'd received I then
inadvertently deleted my reply from the Sent Items folder. I also
empty my deleted items folder quite often.

Is there anyway that I can retrieve my reply?

not unless you make the attempt as soon as you emptied the deleted folder.
