Is it possible to force Outlook to receive all new emails as Plain Text ?

The problem with posting a question in the subject line, and nothing in the
article body, is that you don't include sufficient background of your
problem. The subject line can't possibly hold all the data the helpers need
to give you any more help than you put in your article body...which is,
obviously, ***NOTHING***. Help the helpers help you. Fill in the details!
