Is it possible to find out formulas behind functions

Cant get the PMT function to match up with true values. I
know that I am using the function right because my answers
match up with other Amortization schedules that I have
looked at. However, the PMT is slightly inaccurate. I've
alos tried changing PMT to begining of each period with no
luck. Can anyone help?

Curious.
 
Not with just this information.

What source data did you use? What results did you expect? What did you get
instead?
