Is it possible to change the background color of a MessageBox dialog?

Also, I would like to change the MessageBoxes button backcolor as well.....

No.

You will have to write your own replacement.

For system icons, have a look at the 'SystemIcons' class.

For the sounds, you can use p/invoke on 'MessageBeep':
