Is it possible to activate full screen dos emulation again?

I noticed that in Vista (32 bit) you cannot run dos applications in
full screen now.

Is it possible to activate it again somehow?
 
I'm able to run full screen graphics software in a DOS virtual machine under
Vista. Whether that would work out for you would depend much upon what type
of hardware access you would need your DOS software to have. There are a lot
of options. Research to get just what you need can take a little time and
effort, but there's usually a solution.
