Is it possible in RRAS?

Group of Computer --> Nic1 (192.168.0.20)
(192.168.0.1-19) Win2K
Nic2 (192.168.0.21) --> Computer A (192.168.0.22)


What I to do is: have Win2K to block certain computer, say 192.168.0.5, and
allow the rest reach Computer A.

Is it possible and how can I configure it?
Any URL/Article/instruction is appreciated!

Not with RRAS, but you could use IPSec policies to do this. See 231585

I don't have AD setup however. Is it still possible? Some other platform
(eg. Linux) may be involved too. Are there any platform independent
solution?
