Is it just me ...Service pack 2 problems

I just installed SP2 and it seems my computer has become really slow.
Also Nero fails to open more often than not. I never had any problems before SP2

Did you verify that all of your software was SP2 compliant? Many apps,
like Nero, are not happy with SP2.

You've also provided way to little information about your computer for
anyone to be able to guess at what your problem is.

Nero V7
P4 2800 1 gig ram.
Since installing SP2 big rars of ISOs are talkinf almost twice as long to decode
and slowing my computer much more than prior to SP2.

Not knowing how much free drive space you have, or how many hard drives,
you might consider doing a full Defrag on them, and making sure you
remove anything that you don't need to free up some space.

I've got Nero 6.X and 7.X on several systems and don't see any
difference in performance between SP1 machines and SP2 machines at this
time.

Check the drives, as SP2 may have caused you to have limited space or
fragmented your files a lot.

All my partitions have 20 Gigs or more of free space on two drives 500 gigs.
My computer defrags every night with diskeeper..
I used to be able to run 3 simultaneous Quickpars at once without noticeable
slowdown now two make it almost impossible to do anything else.
