Eric Desart has a downloadable Analysis ToolPak Translator and the
site contains essential information on translation issues.
Here's some general blurb about it:
"It's probably the only utility on the net capable of automatically
extracting the translation of Analysis ToolPak functions, with the
added functionality that it automatically can localize foreign
language made MS Excel documents including Analysis ToolPak Add-In
functions.
Additionally it contains an 11- language Bi-Directional worksheet

I'm gradually adding translations to my Function Lists but haven't got
past the base for Spanish yet. Eric's translator does give the ability
to translate Excel's built in functions from English to Spanish
