Is FP Web Presence Developer program dead?

Hi,

I haven't been here for awhile, and I was looking to update my listing
in the Web Presence Developer for Microsoft® FrontPage program.

But I can't find any mention of this program on the Web. The pages all
seem to be dead.

I first registered for the program in 2002, and I updated my listing
in January 2004.

Anyone know what's become of the program?
