I found this process coming in and out of my
task manager. After I deleted it, it was just reborn. (also winampa.exe etc
as I did not start winamp either) Anyone know those are viruses or spyware?
Thanks

After googling for the process, if you suspect it is a spyware or
malware, use the following free utilities :

Antispyware,adware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
http://www.safer-networking.org/

Antivirus :

You may also want to employ a firewall for more solid protection :

I found this doing a Goggle search:
Description:
dllhost.exe is a part of the Microsoft Windows Operating System.
The dllhost.exe file manages DLL based applications.
This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.
