The link you posted shows Microsoft IIS 6.0 running on "Linux" - which it
obviously does not not.
The netcraft site is incorrectly identifying the fact that there are other
systems used by our hosting partners that route and load balance etc etc
prior to you actually reaching the Windows Server IIS web servers that
actually host the microsoft.com external web site.
For a better understanding of this - look at the link on the page you posted
the link to.
It is right at the top and has the title Microsoft Running Linux?! this
links to

It is always advisable to understand the full story and meaning of the data
you are quoting when used as evidence to back up a claim.
