Irritating Popup

I've run AdAware 1.06, the latest SpyBot S&D & the latest TrendMicro
virus cleaner. Still get this irritating popup. Or I guess I should say
a redirection, since many pages I navigate to will redirect to this page
and the 'Back' button is enabled. Here's the offending URL:

dtdp://748|331|1|jgen44.cjt1.net/HTM/704/0/JavaSiteRequest.asp?LV=6000&DC=45
3&NF=0&IW=720&IH=300&ORD=1118061905937?&

Anybody else seeing this?

Tricks like this can be controlled by proxy software such as proxomitron.
