IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - Win XP Pro

I am running Win XP Pro and it is at my business, I
believe we have approx 500mg ram, 60 gig harddrive. At the
moment, it is a stand alone system, Dell so it is equiped
for network.

No hardware nor software has been added recently.

I can not boot into Safe mode, Last known good
configuration not Safe mode with command prompt, They all
give me this error. Normal mode goes to the Windows splash
screen and just sits there, I have to actually pull the
plug to down the power to stop it at that point.

Any idea short of re-loading the O/S?
