I did recently upgrade from win98 to XP. I am presently
having difficulty with IRQ conflict between my Sound card
and Video card. Both are new cards and both have updated
drivers. I even Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers to
change the IRQ's then they would work properly. When I
restart XP, it places the IRQ's to the same spot before I
changed. Is there away to manually change my IRQ's so I
can resolve the conflict.
