IRQ conficts/sharing in System Information/Hardware Resources

I have a win2000 Server SP4 - and in the System Information/Hardware
Resources/IRQs there are no shared IRQs and the numbers go up to 31.

On a Win2000 Pro SP4, I notice that the IRQs only go up to 15, and in
'conflicts/sharing' I notice 9 shared IRQs at 11.

So - I'm confused as to why Win2000 server, which must have a few shared IRQs
shows none and uses IRQ numbers larger than the actual IRQs, but Win2000 Pro
shows lots of conflicts and uses the actual IRQ numbers?

I just checked another Pro machine and it also had conflics/sharing (but not
problems).

Is this just a difference between Server and Pro?

More likely the difference is in the mobo and or system bios rather than the
operating systems.

More precisely, the servers have multi-cpu motherboards
which support high IRQs (above 15).
