We also had a great Christmas with our
family. There's nothing like grandchildren....

My daughter helped me make a coconut
cake from an old recipe...all from scratch...
even breaking the coconuts and shredding
the coconut. It turned out quite badly...very
dry, but we had great fun doing it and that's
what matters.

My granddaughter said, "I'm not eating
that cake, it looks nasty". Gotta...love 'em.
