Say you have a picture of a field with a road running thru it and want
to eliminate the road and put field in place of it. You can put the

Is there a "Clone" plug-in for IrfanView?

What do you meant by "clone"?

Ohhhh. Well, no, that's beyond what IrfanView can do, I'm afraid. The
closest it comes is being able to paste into a selection, but that's pretty
crude for this type of thing.

Some programs use the term clone, and there is also another word that

It's usually called a "cloning tool", as in Photo Shop and most graphics
editors.

PhotoFiltre has a nice one.

The Gimp has a tool for that purpose.

No, but most picture viewers allow a custom menu choice such as "Edit With
PhotoFiltre".
