I get a security warning to run snap-in MONITOR IPSec and
then I read the following...Microsoft has removed the
IPSec update for Windows XP from the Windows Update site
after incompatibilities were found between the update and
some third-party software products. The vast majority of
Windows XP and Windows Update users were not impacted by
this issue. Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) will
continue to support those who were impacted. Microsoft
plans to re-release the update after sufficient testing
is complete to ensure that customers have access to the
most effective update possible. Should I still try snap-
in?

Yes, you should already have the IPSec Monitor snap-in on your windows XP
