IPSec Pre-Share Key in Windows 2000 Pro

I need to set up a VPN connection using L2TP with a pre-
shared key for authentication. This is on a Windows 2000
Professional system.

I've searched throughout the Properties for the VPN
connection I created, looking for where I can specify the
pre-shared key, but I cannot find it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
