IPsec and the files where the rules & policies are stored

Hi,
We are working on find fIPSEC and we want to find the
files related to MMC where all the rules are stored
Normally it should be but we don't find it

These are stored in the registry.

Local IPSEC policies/rules/filters are stored here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\IPSec\Policy\Local
