Whenever my computer wakes from S3 standby, it gets two identical errors:
"Source:ipnathlp Category:None EventID:32003. The Network Address
Translator (NAT) was unable to request an operation of the kernel-mode
translation module. This may indicate misconfiguration, insufficient
resources, or an internal error. The data is the error code.
0000:1f000000".
The error is usually asymptomatic, though on one occasion the computer
crashed and rebooted upon getting the error.

XP Pro SP1, latest updates. P4 2.8 HT. Intel D865GBF, latest drivers, P10
BIOS, PRO/100 LAN, connection sharing enabled. This computer is networked
to a notebook PC (XP Home SP1, latest updates) via a D-Link DFE-530TX+
10/100 adapter.

Disabling DHCP MediaSense (per MS article 239924) seems to fix the problem.
