IP Trimming

Hello,
Does anyone have a good formula to trim an IP Address down to its first
three octets? For example, Starting with "192.168.1.105" and go to
"192.168.1." Any help would be much appreciated.

Try the following formula, where your IP address is in A1.

=LEFT(A1,FIND(".",A1,FIND(".",A1,FIND(".",A1,1)+1)+1)-1)
