IP Settings

Q: is there a program that alows you to change ur IP settings automatically?
eg. home ip = 192.168.0.1 work ip = 203.31.49.1, home workgroup = mshome work
workgroup = utopia... want to be able to change between these without
manually changing ip settings everytime. Changing between domains would be
handy as well for client sites.
