IP conflict

I keep getting a pop up message "the system has detected a
conflict for IP address 192.168.1.101 with the system
hardware address 00:05:E4:60:66:6C" and I don't know what
it means and what I am suppose to do. Help and advice
would be appreciated. Thanks GHG

The system is telling you that there is another system on

your LAN with the same IP address (192.168.1.101) The
hardware address is the NIC Cards address of the other
machine that has the address 192.168.1.101.
You need to change your IP Address or the IP Address of
the other system.
