Ip address conflicts

I installed a xp home computer in my network making that computer the ICS host. I get IP address conflicts between the new ICS host and the previous ICS host (a win98 system

Please help with suggestions. Regards ... ALH
 
Did you change the old Win98 host to be a DHCP client or is it still using
the ICS host address?
