Invite through Outlook

When I do an invite through outlook when the person accepts the invite it
takes it out of their inbox. Is there a way to prevent this?

Of course. Click Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced E-mail Options and
uncheck the box labeled "Delete meeting requests from Inbox when responding"
 
Now that setting has to be set on everyones computer receiving the invite
correct?
If so, that will be like hearding cats. :) I am working with completly un
computer friendly people.

Everyone who wants to have the invitation remain in the Inbox, yes.

They'll change if the inconvenience of not acting exceeds the effort of making
the change.
