Invalid use of Null when trying to add a command button to a form?

Good Day All,

This is really strange, my DB is working fine and has been for many months
and today I added a new form and wanted to add a simple close button to the
form. When I try to run the command button wizard, I am getting an "invalid
use of Null" error?

Any ideas? I have never seen this before.
