Invalid References

Excel is prompting me that fomulas in the worksheet contain invalid
references -what does this mean and how can i fix? perhaps easier to cancel
alert - how so?
 
Hi,
My guess is that you refering to a sheet, folder or workbook that don't exist
can you post the formula you are trying to use
