Invalid Parameter Message

My sister has Windows XP Pro and after downloading and
running a clone finder program (found in PC World
Magazine) she gets an
LSASS.exe System Error Message
that says "An invalid parameter was passed to a service
or function". When I click the OK button it goes to
windows screen and says "Windows is starting up..."
and then stays there. She inserted the install disk and
did a restart but does nothing. Please Help

problem. I found the patch you spoke of but am a little
confused on how to download it. The system does not
fully boot up and will not go past the "Windows is
starting up" screen. How can I install this patch when I
can't get the system up? Please Help.... Thanks again
for the assistance to this computer moron...LOL
